This notice covers visits to novacoaching.hu and initial enquiries. Separate information will be provided before coaching, contracting and invoicing begin.
2. Enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message, directly from you, to understand and answer your enquiry. Please do not send health information or confidential information about other people.
General form enquiries rely on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You may withdraw consent at the email address above without affecting prior lawful processing. Providing data is voluntary, but the form requires a name, valid email, topic and message.
If you request a specific offer in your own name, necessary pre-contractual steps rely on Article 6(1)(b).
We delete enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a contract within 6 months of closing the enquiry. We delete consent-based data earlier following withdrawal unless a separate legal basis remains.
3. Technical processing and security
The form forwards messages by email and the custom theme keeps no separate message archive. WP Mail SMTP and Mhosting email handle delivery.
To limit repeated submissions, a hash derived from the email and IP address is associated with a technical marker expiring after 90 seconds. This is not anonymous data. After expiry it no longer blocks sending; physical cleanup depends on WordPress or cache cleanup. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against repeated abusive submissions, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Server access and error logs may contain technical data. We specify a maximum retention period of 90 days for technical and security logs.

5. Cookies
The website uses CookieAdmin, which stores the first-party cookieadmin_consent cookie to remember cookie choices. The current configuration specifies 365 days. Choices can be changed using the cookie-settings icon; the cookie can be deleted in your browser.
We currently do not use Google Analytics or Meta tracking.
6. Your rights
Contact the email above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Requests are normally answered within one month; any justified extension will be communicated in time. Rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; naih.hu) or seek a judicial remedy. The authority’s website explains how to start proceedings.
The contact form does not perform profiling or solely automated decisions with legal effects.
